You'll really appreciate how easy it is to prepare these juicy pork chops. Marinating them overnight seasons them wonderfully.
Recipe

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • olive oil Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp. browning sauce
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water

Step 1:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and honey. Add pork chops and seal bag. Marinate overnight.

Step 2:

Heat the grill pan. Brush on olive oil on the grill pan to prevent sticking. Add pork chops over medium heat until juices run clear. Cooking time would be 6-7 minutes on each side.

Step 3:

To make the sauce, combine chicken broth, garlic, browning sauce and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into broth mixture. Return to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Step 4:

Pour sauce over pork chops and serve with steamed white rice or baked potato.
