You'll really appreciate how easy it is to prepare these juicy pork chops. Marinating them overnight seasons them wonderfully.
 | Things You’ll Need: - 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 boneless pork loin chops
- olive oil Sauce:
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. browning sauce
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
Step 1: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and honey. Add pork chops and seal bag. Marinate overnight. Step 2: Heat the grill pan. Brush on olive oil on the grill pan to prevent sticking. Add pork chops over medium heat until juices run clear. Cooking time would be 6-7 minutes on each side. Step 3: To make the sauce, combine chicken broth, garlic, browning sauce and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into broth mixture. Return to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Step 4: Pour sauce over pork chops and serve with steamed white rice or baked potato. | |
